Marbury Middle School students have the opportunity to enroll in Beginning Band Class. The following is important information concerning Beginning Band:

Beginning Band is a year-long course. Students who sign up for Beginning Band will remain in the class for the entire year. Schedule changes will not be made.

Instrument testing will take place on May 5th, 2023 from 4-7 p.m. at Marbury High School gym.  Arts Music Shop will be available at testing to go ahead and purchase or put a down payment on the chosen instrument for your student.

MMS has a limited inventory of school owned instruments.  Tubas and large percussion will be provided by the school.  We also have a small inventory of trombones and baritones.  These are first come-first serve.  All other instruments (including a snare and bell kit for percussionists) will need to be rented/purchased.  

By signing up below, I am requesting that my child be enrolled in the Beginning Band Class for the 2023-2024 school year. I understand that Beginning Band is a year-long course and no schedule changes will be made.
